Innovation Lament

Tim and I have not had a chance to revamp our sale books’ online presentation since the initial rebuild, two years ago. Now, others have launched that put ours to shame, just as we had warned would happen.

It makes sense. Why pay for a premium service that is outdated and overpriced, when better services are provided for free? Also, thanks to the slow changes with our parent company, their web site has been put to shame by the Red Angus Association. The Red Angus Association has set a wonderful example of understanding what their customers need and what they will use.

When it comes to Web services, we haven’t built anything recently to add to our customer service. I hope that will change soon, though, since the IS department has been feverishly working to build a better framework for the Angus Productions Inc. web site.
